Do I need a license to attend and purchase from a ?

I am trying to start an online but I am having difficulties with finding items to resale. I have tried a wholesale liquidators, but a lot of the items are sometimes damaged, thus I eat that cost. Where does an individual go to purchase items for resale. I have heard others mention shows, but I don't have any information as to how they work, or how I find out where they are, and how to find ones with items I am interested in. Also, do I need a license to be eligible to attend and/or make any purchases? Could someone tell me the appropriate events ( I'm not sure " Shows" is the correct term I should be referring to.) to attend and the pertinent information I need? I often attend gift industry shows to see merchandise and also to speak at the events, and your answer is "yes," a license is required to attend and purchase from a , but that's not the whole story.

Gift shows are the place where retailers who are looking to purchase merchandise for their stores go to see new products and old favorites. Absolutely every type of item you can imagine that's sold in stores are displayed at these shows.

Most gift shows occur between January and March and again between June and August. A list of these shows is available through the link below.

If you do not have a license that confirms that you are in (the license qualifies you to attend, or everyone would be able to walk through the doors), most shows offer a guest pass allowing you to attend for a price between $30 - $50, depending on the .

My task manager shows 90-100 % CPU usage although only one app is running. Can hear hard drive wkg. Any fixes?

My computer has a 1.4g processor, 512mb of RAM and a 120g hard drive. I also have a 128mb card and three monitors. When I have just my e-mail running, I often see CPU usage of 2-to-8 percent, but there are periods when it stays at 90-to-100% for quite a while, and I can hear the hard drive chattering like it's working hard. I'm afraid to mess with the registry. I delete my cookies, delete my temporary internet files, do a virus scan, a spyware scan and defrag, but these don't change the problem. I'm planning to stocks on the web real time, which cannot abide the charts slowing down that 100% CPU usage will cause. Any ideas that I might try would be appreciated.

Writersblock most likely has the correct answer. If it's System Idle process, then it's nothing to worry about. If it's Dr. Watson, then you've already got a hardware problem (almost certainly with your memory). Oh yeah, don't forget about the anti-virus you have installed-- they scan your entire hard drive once per day, and will use 100% of your processor power while doing so.;)

I am starting a new in the forensic field. There seems to be a large number of shows this year that pertain to my line of . Since I don't have a large budget, I'm wondering if spending 2K for a booth is worth it?

Doesn't it suck now that David Stern has turned the NBA into a complete rather than a game?

I mean with stuff like AI and T-Mac as NBA All-Star game starters. An undeserving rookie getting an automatic entry to the slam dunk contest each year. Getting teams like Phoenix and Memphis to agree to heavy lopsided trades like the Shaq and Pau . Also allowing the refs to handle the results of basketball games as well as allowing superstars to gain heavy favoritism from the refs. The League is rigged and is clearly a now, even Donaghy admitted the truth.

Moreso annoys me that the moneymakers (Boston and LA in particular) get all the help in the world.
Would Zaza have got away with it like Garnett did, pushing a ref during their playoff series in '07?
Why were the Lakers allowed to pull off that dodgy for Gasol?
Why were the Lakers and Celtics players (Bryant and Perkins) that threw elbows during the '09 playoffs not suspended, but Orlando's Dwight Howard was?
Why was the release of the 2007-08 schedule pushed back and the schedule changed just because Boston traded for Garnett the day before, only to have the Celts not play a road game v a Western team until about the 24th game of the season? No wonder they started 27-3.
Why did Stern say he wanted a Celts-Lakers final? Should be impartial IMO.
Why did the foul on Brent Barry's three not get called? Kobe would have got that call.
Why did the refs screw Sacramento v LA in 2002? Donaghy's told us.
Why did the refs screw the Mavs with all those Phantom fouls in 2006? The answer is that Stern didn't want to give the trophy to his enemy Cuban.
This is just the beginning. There's much more.

I have Canon EOS Rebel XT. Working ok today but LCD began showing distorted numbers / letters.?

No error message showed on screen, just distorted information. All WB options showed at same time, could tell what number were displayed for aperture, exposure, etc. I removed battery and replaced, traded out memory cards, changed the lens, cleared the camera settings, but the still shows gibberish. Any suggestions?
Continued to take photos, just can not read informtion.

I wanted to go to the Spice Girls concert in L.A. The dates were the 5 and 7 of December but there were all completely sold out..so I ended up buying 2 concert tickets in Vegas for the December 11 cause for the Vegas shows in the 8 and 9th are sold out but I wanted to know if there was a way I could somehow my Vegas tickets of December 11 for the 8 or 9th...or them for the Los Angeles shows the 5th or 7th?...

What's with the relationship(or lack there-of) between ESPN and the UFC?

It seems like ESPN goes out of their way not report on UFC and MMA events. They've had a few segments, but not with any regularity. After saturday UFC events, Sportscenter will play highlights of every little silly a$s thing before they anything UFC or mma related. They'll horse racing, highschool basketball, golf, hockey, -- not all big money strong partnership type sports either. They'll highlights from every single MLB game, talk about trades and community outlook stories with players EVERY damn thing before they say one word about UFC.

Why are they still trying to distance themselves so much from mma when they realize how much money it's making nowdays. There was a time a few months ago I thought we had a breakthrough. With the Huerta SI cover, and some Liddell and Rampage sightings on Sportscenter. But I guess not. What the hell?

I think Big there is alluding to the correct answer. The UFC has resisted going down the same road as boxing and some other sports and maintains stronger control over things than some of the other sports that are partly reliant on ESPN and television to help keep them in big money. Spike television itself was somewhat of a maverick in the television industry and a lot of experts felt it would never become a major network or channel. Needless to say it has proven those experts wrong and the UFC like Spike prefers to do it "their way". A huge amount of television dollars and endorsements play a big part in all this with ESPN not sharing in the wealth since they have no MMA events in their programming schedule. Someone is just a little jealous and is choosing to downplay MMA while giving other sports that they do benefit from the prime coverage in their broadcasts.
