Sci Fi series/movie in space?

im looking for the name of a science fiction series(or maybe movie) that aired in my youth (1995-2001). all I can remember is that it took place in space I believe, there were alot of CG effects and it is not something too popular like star trek etc

If I remember correctly the main character was a girl, kind of like aeon flux (wearing dark)

I also believe it was on HBO rather than the Sci Fi channel all suggestions are welcome though(even if it was on sci fi)

OH. with copyrights stuff.. uhmm our rep. from the yearbook doesn't allow us to take pictures online (like pix of itouch..) and let it be on the yearbook because it violates the copyrights law... how do we get permission then?

I can't think of the name of that movie that was made like in 2000-2006.
Its a movie about a popular guy in high school that takes a bet to go out with the dorkiest girl. In the end she's pretty, and they fall in love - bla bla bla.

Can anyone tell me the the most popular 1980s movies of all time?

I know there are a lot but LIST me 10 movies that were the best in the 1980s and why. I am not asking too much. I just want to know because this was bothering me for the longest time since a pretty decent amount of good movies came out in the 1980s.

Starting with number 10

10. Top Gun ... who could resist that Maverick...mmmhmm the dogs fights and aerial shots were awesome. This movie defined modern action movies

9. Back to the Future ..... who wouldnt want to travel in time and discover another life.

8. Who Framed Roger Rabbit a landmark film that sparked the recent era in american animation. the most expensive film ever made at that time. And Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse met for the first time in the movie.

7. Raiders of the Lost Ark .... no explanation is needed here

6. Rain Man..... based on a real life autistic Kim Peek....very good film.

5. Batman Michael Keaton was the best Batman ever. This movie was original to the comic book which made it even better.

4. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade has one of the best stunts where Indy jumps from a horse down to a tank.

3..Return of the Jedi. The last star wars movie of the internal chronology.

2. The Empire Strikes Back considered the best of the Star Wars films.

It's like...feature to be set in highschool, college...you know.

Why is the song Boston by Augustana so popular if it was recorded in 2004 or 2005?

Is it so popular because it was in a movie?
If I love that song what other song might I like?
What other artist besides The Fray might I like?

It was originally recorded in 2003 for Midwest Skies and Sleepless Mondays. The version on that album is different. It was recorded for All the Stars and Boulevards in 2005.
I'm not sure why it got so popular... maybe because it's actually GOOD. It might be their tours with The Fray and Snow Patrol.
You'll probably like Waking Ashland. They have a lot of piano stuff and they're friends with Augustana. Any of the bands that Augustana has toured with, like Snow Patrol, Vega4, Brady Sails, Onethousand Pictures, and Goo Goo Dolls, I would recommend. Vega4 and Onethousand Pictures are awesome live.
How to get the song out of your head... well my theory of songs getting stuck in my head is 1. I don't know all of the words or 2. I didn't listen to to whole thing. Generally, as soon as I know all of the words and if I listen to the song all the way through, it's not stuck in my head.
