is this creepy? even under these circumstances?

now, i realize that on normal circumstances this would be creepy but these are abnormal circumstances. i really like this girl, alot. she really likes me, alot. we met two days ago and haved been flirting since we met. she is my friends niece (im 15 but this friend is an adult friend, hes like 53) were trhe same age, both christian. but on wednesday she is leaving for georgia and will never be returning to texas. im flat broke, and have no money. i would never wanna make her uncofortable or anything, but the only date it seems we can go on is have her come over, rent a movie and cook her dinner. cuz i have no cash and neither of us can drive, and i want it to be romantic. is this still creepy under these circumstances?
